The dreaded mile
Some of y'all have seen in Facebook that I've recently started walking a mile everyday.. Here's why. I do like to exercise, but since I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy, going back to insanity has kinda been hard. So, I started walking.
I've also started clean eating - well, trying to. And it's awesome. Fruit smoothies are my most favorite things ever.
I've also started morning meditation. Just to be aware of my senses and to say my daily affirmations, so that I can start the day in a positive way.
All these things have honestly done wonders for my life. I'm not as cranky, I have more patience, more energy, I'm happy. And I have the power to do hard things that day.
Thankfully Dalin pushed me out of bed to do my routine this morning. ( I think he likes a happy wife.)
It's honestly so great just having an hour to myself everyday.

Aaaaaaaaand as soon as I went to go publish this post, Dalin wakes up Evelynn and says "OH. MY. GOSH" and as I got up to say "what" I could smell it... The fumes coming from her room.

I rush upstairs and begin to gag on the air. Evelynn had vomited all herself in the night. So. I start the bath. Dalin starts the laundry. I clean puke out of a little girls hair, he tries not puking himself.
I swear, if this blog post was a scratch and sniff, y'all would be puking your guts out yourselves.
And while it may seem my words of inspiration are now not comforting, I disagree.
I think God got me out of bed when He did because He knew as soon as I got home, I would need the strength and love and patience to handle this mommy 911.
