Clean Eating (For Everyone)

Ok, so I have this great friend names MaLynn. She introduced me to clean eating and I LOVE IT. Seriously, it's incredible. I have more energy, I'm not bloated all the time, and I just feel good!

Even though I really like clean eating, I have struggles. As MaLynn says "sometimes you just REALLY want that doughnut." I love sweets. It's a curse. But I really do love them. So when those cravings kick in.... I literally have to lock myself in my office or upstairs and drink water until it's gone - other wise I'll eat a bazillion cookies. Because for some reason my body thinks I need them... NEEDS THEM. It's terrible.

Since clean eating, the sugar "need" has gone way down. Day 4 was the worst. But I'm doing better.... Until Dalin brings home Taco Bell and then suddenly I'm a ravenous baboon. Trying to get everyone on board with clean eating is hard - especially when your spouse really likes stuff that isn't good for him - or when you beg him to get you chocolate and he does (even though you've said to ignore you when you beg).

Sigh.

I'd love clean eating recipes that you have! Especially anything with meat or resembles meat (you know, for the mr.)

Hopefully by summer, we'll see the pay off of clean eating - at least I will. As long as I avoid Taco Bell.... and all of Main Street for that matter. Haha!
